A few weeks ago, I had the priviledge of helping a Italian client. She suffers from migraines and cluster headaches and has had them since she was in her mid twenties. During the session, she told me that about 10 years ago, she went to a famous migraine specialist in Florence who performed a myriad of tests on her. Expensive tests. Intrusive tests.
At her last meeting and after forking out considerable amount of money, she went to the specialist for the final verdict. She waited in the doctor’s office for him to come and tell her what she needed to do. When the specialist saw her, he shook his head in dismay and told her that there was nothing that could be done for her condition. So she was resigned to taking pills, numbing out and accepting that cluster headaches were her ‘cross’ in life to bear.
Stories like that make me want to SCREAM!
Why? Because the doctor’s verdict is just not TRUE. And I’ll prove it to you in this post.
I believe he didn’t find the root causes of this person’s cluster headache.
External triggers such as coffee, chocolate, florescent lights and perfumes, to name a few are triggers. They are not CAUSES. You must find the root cause of your migraines to be able to do something about it, to be able to change for the better.
And to say that nothing can be done is a LIE.
I have proved it by getting completely rid of mine. So it is a lie to me.
Of course, you already know that whatever you believe will be true for you. As Henry Ford said ‘Whatever you believe you can or cannot achieve, you are always be right.’
So let me ask you, do you believe that nothing can be done about your migraines?
If you do, please stop reading this post as nothing I say will convince you otherwise and I really don’t want to waste your time or mine.
Howver, if you are skeptical and still willing to keep an open mind, consider this scenario:
Had (and I am aware that I am speculating here) the doctor made sure that there were no physical issues such as the problems in the spinal chord, arthritis or conditions resulting from an accident, he could have reported (as many do) that the ‘patient’ had no physical causes and that their migraines or cluster headaches may have other underlying causes. He could have ventured to say that they could be stress related and looked at what was causing the patient stress in greater detail.
Why is stress dismissed, brushed-off and not treated with the proper attention it deserves in medical circles?
Put it this way, if migraines or cluster headaches are not the result of an accident or spinal chord problem or some other serious condition or disease, then chances are that the root causes lie hidden in the person’s life patterns.
Hidden within your life patterns lie your root causes to most of your dis – ease.
Finding them requires a certain skills. Plucking them out does too. Yet I assure you it is EASY once you know how.
To find these root causes and return to your natural state of well being, you must delve into the your life, emotions and attitudes and treat the forgotten and repressed pain, anger and hurts that have been stored in your body. Then you must also look at your emotional and physical habits (I’ve written numerous posts on that) and make positive changes. Then sit back and watch your body, head and heart heal.
So now that you are aware of the lies, and you can consider now that something CAN be done about your migraines or cluster headaches, you have a choice.
What do you choose to do?
Do you continue to work with conventional methods that do not help you get back to your optimum health or do something different that is working for people brave enough to try it?
Or do you choose to wait for a medical miracle cure?
Worse still, do you choose to do nothing?
I’ll warn you now… if you chose either or both of the options below – there is a serious risk of you feeling better! They might very well work and there is a real danger that you’ll feel physically and emotionally better.

Most doctors diagnose out of ignorance. They simply aren’t aware of the sub-conscious causes of many illnesses. I’m so glad there are some who speak out and are helping sufferers to overcome their pain.
Thank you for your comment, Jim. I wonder what would happen if more people started paying attention to their emotions, attitudes and reactions and they were given the tools to transforming or melting them into ones that are helpful not harmful.
Wow! Great thinking! JK
Hi Sile, first of all can I totally agree there about doctors I definitely think 90% of people who have lost faith in any advice they give are migraine sufferes, they simply dont have the compassion to spend the time to even begin to think of the causes because its not like a cut or something that shows up in a scan they feel compelled to simply dismiss our pain and imply we are exaggerating or making it up. Anyway, hi im claire and I have just turnes 21. It was just after my 18th birthday that I started realising big pains behind my eyes when I woke in the morning which would sure enough develop into a migraine or massive headache a little afterwards. I started noticing that this pain would instantly worsen and I would start to feel dizzy and disorientated when I was in a supermarket or shop, then it was in studios, offices, when watching tv or on the laptop. Now ive come to the conclusion that pretty much anywhere where it is bright/light including sunlight it is painful! I turn to sunglasses for relief, which means I wear practically all day, which pretty much means I look like strange or a bit of an idioy frankly when im shopping sporting.these huge dark shades! I am a trained actress and I have had to give it up recently as I cant focus on managing the pain and focus on the work I love to do. I think I have irlens syndrome. Have you heard or come across this at all? I am a believer in self healing etc but it hasnt worked for me so far, yet I have only tried to do this myself and not really had a mentor or anything. Do you think I would benefit from your method I am very willing to give anything a try and would really appreciate any advice. Thanks, Claire.
