I've suffered from excruciating migraines and cluster headaches for over 15 years. In 2005 I embarked on a journey that lasted four years where I learned tools and techniques to get rid of my migraines forever, without medicines. In getting rid of my migraines, I also got rid of the food allergies I had (which triggered my migraines). A double win.
