Mine usually last at least an hour if I do not take anything for it. The only thing that works effectively is downing 2 Goodie Powders and drinking a Redbull. The pain reliefe in powder form acts almost instantly and the pure caffine shot of a Redbull helps reduce your blood vessels. Usually, by me doing this, my cluster headache will go away within 30min. or so.
